Could be a bog

There are two areas, on the lawn, which could be perfect for a bog, however, I don't want a bog, how do I fill in these areas, what type of mixture, (obviously not peat moss) do I use to dry up these areas and wick away the moisture. I want to use it as a lawn area only. (Lots of sand with the soil?) Help

Doug says that most folks simply add topsoil to the area if it's a depression. Fill up the depressed area with what's locally available and called "top soil". The quality of this will vary but generally it will work (if the area is low)

If it's not a hole, but rather an underground spring then no amount or kind of soil added to the top is going to deal with the issue. You're going to have to have a qualified landscaper used to dealing with drainage figure out a way to tile and drain the water elsewhere.

If it's drainage (all the water in the area runs to here) then you need to create different levels in your yard to channel the water elsewhere. This you can do yourself by raising the soil level at the water entry points to redirect it.

Those are your options. The reason the area is wet determines the solution.
