Ducks!!!

Do you know of any plants which the ducks will not consider a buffet?

Doug says - ducks usually aren't a problem in ornamental ponds but can present interesting challenges in larger natural ponds if you're trying to landscape. They love young tender shoots and will nibble ferociously on almost all plants while tender. If they can reach it, and it's young and green, they'll nibble.

Once the plant grows large enought, ducks will concentrate on tender grasses or other aquatic plants.

The trick then is to protect the plants from early predation so they can outgrow the ducks.
