Garden Pond Construction

Garden pond construction is one of those things that appears simple on the surface but demands attention to small details.

For example, if the pond or filters aren't "exactly" level, there's nothing but problems coming at you when you try to run it. Water finds its own "level" and if you haven't made the pond level, the water will find ways to make your pond either look silly or not run efficiently.

This means you really do have to pay attention to the small details (like foaming rocks to stop water leakage behind waterfalls) and making sure the rocks on the waterfall are dead level or the water won't flow well. It's a bunch of small things but it can be done with a bit of patience and care.
