how to bond a pond liner to textured concrete

Any suggestions on an adhesive to bond to the EPDM to the concrete? Once we get it full of water we don't need the glue, but in getting it filled and rocks in place around the perimeter I need to to stay in place.
Doug says that he wouldn't glue it at all - that only gives you future headaches when there's a problem. :-) To get the liner to stay in place - lay the liner in place (do NOT cut the edges) and slowly fill the pond making sure the water holds the liner where you want it - adjusting as the pond fills. Once you have the pond in place and all the landscaping done - DON'T cut the liner but rather hide it under brick or tuck it back on itself. This way you can always adjust, repair etc as "stuff" happens to your pond (like a heron landing and puncturing it in search of fish or whatever) :-)
